Terms of Service
Effective 9 September 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using seatd.pk, operated by Seatd (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The service
Seatd lists restaurants and cafes in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, with menus, prices and photographs, and lets you submit a booking request for a table. We are not the restaurant: submitting a request through Seatd sends it to us, and we contact the restaurant and confirm back to you by WhatsApp, usually within 5 minutes during opening hours. A submitted request is not a confirmed table until we confirm it to you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights through the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its data
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with the site’s operation
- Submit false or repeated booking requests you do not intend to keep
4. Listing accuracy
We publish menus, prices, photographs and other details about restaurants that are not our own business. We try to keep this accurate and note when it was checked, but prices, hours and menus can change without our knowledge. If something is wrong, tell us and we will correct it — see our corrections policy.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s design and code are owned by Seatd. Restaurant names, menus and photographs remain the property of their respective owners; see our photo removal policy if you own an image on the site and want it taken down.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss arising from relying on listing information (including prices, hours or menu contents) or from a restaurant not honouring a booking request. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to a nominal amount, since Seatd does not charge for use of the site.
7. Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version.
