Wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and a signatures list that runs to A5 wagyu. Order the pizza unless you came to spend.
Fuoco does two things at once. The Neapolitan pizzas are made on 72-hour fermented dough and start around Rs 2,795, which is the reason most people come. Behind them sits a signatures list with lobster orecchiette, a 9+ marbled wagyu striploin and A5 wagyu sold by the gram. Both halves are good; they are aimed at very different evenings.
